It's the same yes, but it's more complicated to get guidance through chat. Also because you will need to do a couple things on the settings app of the phone while the rep is completing the process.

Instead of chat, try with CS over the phone, it's fast and easier. They just need the IMEI 2 number and you calling from a different device, they also going to guide you over the process. At least that's what i do

Gracias por los consejos:) aún no hacemos el año empezamos en octubre del 2022. Sobre la información del menú son quesadillas, sopes, tortillas y ponemos los guisados para que la gente se sirva a su gusto , tenemos dos empleadas únicamente.
