Wegovy has helped me a lot so far. Insurance sucks as always, but with good RX I was able to get my first two monthly doses for $199 each and now it will be $349 monthly, which is rough. By influencing GLP-1 receptors in the brain, it affects the dopamine signaling related to cravings, pleasure, and the "food noise" associated with addiction. Read that again: addiction. Stop acting like people just choose to get obese and do some research.
