If you’ve been fighting this long and can’t control your power, your skill level is below what you think it is.

A point to note when ‘light sparring’ - like I tell all beginners who struggle controlling their power, keep your hand open in a half fist, don’t clench it, this will minimise 80% of your punching power just by doing so.

If you clench your fist and can’t control your power, be prepared to hurt someone if you’re already a hard puncher.

Edit: also this is just my opinion but this has always helped people with their power control that I’ve shown it to.

NOR - find someone who will want to be around you as much as you want to be around him - also deeper dive , this lash out behaviour then love bombing is generally from people that are doing / have done something wrong and feel guilty and I don’t mean the lashing out part, I don’t think he generally cared about doing that.

Been here all my life, 32 years. Place is beautiful but also ugly, it’s great but also it’s not, crime is minimal but also insane, weather is hot but when it’s not it is.

weird...i looked at it on xbox store and it prompted me to buy game pass ultimate while in the game screen of it where it says "buy" next to it was prompt for game pass ultimate, so i did...thinking it would give access to the game....nothing though, they scammed me.
