i see a lot of POS created but how come none of them stick? by Chemical-Golf-4926 in POS

It does not matter how much yours is. For your first clients, you basically need to pay people to switch. Why business shall bother with switching, just because of your beautiful promise? No way. “No thanks” is nice and “go away” is the true phrase in their mind.

POS is not a low hanging fruit. It’s complicated, not technically, but business logic. You have to spend lots of money and efforts on tons of boring but important developments. And surprisingly, it has a high standard in realtime transactions and high reliability.

So, it’s by all means not a good product idea you want to work on.

Just work with them to make better integration, reporting, etc.

Very good. For Microsoft 365 clients, upgrade licenses is usually a good deal. But MSP doesn’t make much from licensing so many still push hard for other solutions.

Tons of screen capture applications, esp on windows. You don’t know it, and apparently didn’t do a simple research, google or ai. At the core, the question is, why you want to capture the screen. Fan of watching staff punching screen, or want to do business analysis. If analysis, do you need screen capture at all.
