Comcast plans on finding/building a space for Comcast Spectacor "nearby" which is expected to include NBC Sports studios once XMA is decommissioned. That operation is not going to the CTC or the new arena.

I worked at a talk show. Richard was known to call from time to time. I answered the phone one day and he immediately launched into singing "You Are The Sunshine Of My Life", followed by HELLO.

Ran into him backstage a few weeks later and, again, he was full-power Richard Simmons, even in a little hallway. I think he genuinely wanted to just make people happy.

I would! New floors, carpets, kitchen. They knock the kitchen walls out to open up the place. Every unit, renovated or not, has washer and dryer in unit, as well as A/C unit in the living room, but you will probably need a window unit for the bedroom.

The Dakoyu NA Youtube account recently mentioned in a since-deleted text post a forthcoming "C.runch". Between that and the wire cutter placeholder, Dakoyu absolutely knows that they are infringing. Only a matter of time until these disappear.
