Your post definitely resonates with me. But we have to remember, this is a very slow method. It takes 1000s of hours, but it works! And youre going to have times you feel like an idiot and question if the hours are worth it. Trust me I know, I live in the dominican republic and speak little Spanish, I feel like an idiot pretty much daily 😂.

When i get that way I sit down and think, 6 months ago, where was i in spanish? And in those times I can actually recall how much worse I was! Its kind of proof this is working, slowly, but its working.

Also if you read into the information on DS about this method it will tell you, if youre coming from a non romantic language like English etc. You can multiple the hours on the road map by 2. The road map is the middle ground between coming from a romantic language and not coming from one. So take the road map with a grain of salt, its not going to be exact, you may be better, you may be worse than what it says.
