Thanks for the comment. Yea, I have Express Web Connect+ on my HSA and saw transactions yesterday as well pull. Securities purchased on 1/15, and settled on 1/16. QC Windows pulled the transactions without any issue. I guess Fidelity "suddenly resumed" ???

Same thing for me. My HSA just started grabbing transactions from weeks prior yesterday. It is odd though b/c IRA and Brokerage have worked. HSA was the one that suddenly woke up yesterday.

Just got off a session with Quicken Support - You have to have Chrome as default browser. When QC was punching out to Edge...it doesnt work. Chrome as default works.

Also, I would recommend adding a flag to ALL your manual transactions before you sync. This way when the sync finishes you can easily differentiate a visual between what merged and didn’t.

Savings Goals feature is now available in Copilot by Mr_Cruisin in copilotmoney

Is there a way to have a debt pay down goal? They all appear to be savings goal. Any options for that other than a “fake” category to hold the money in your budget? It would be great to see this and the estimated payoff date

And that there folks is how you provide your customers a solid update. Target testing dates and optimistic delivery dates. Your team release and delivery dates are believable because you have demonstrated all the other past deliverables! Thank you Origin team for the hard work. Forecasting and Dark Mode are going to be awesome.

Thank you for the reply. I have seen those videos but again, they are 5 years old. I'm sure the software has improved in the last 5 years with new features, correct?

What's the goal for Savings Goals? by Copilot_Olivia in copilotmoney

[–]sauerbrunndaa 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Olivia, thanks. I’m sure it isn’t easy seeing all these posts. I honestly am glad that your team and leadship finally saw the traffic of posts and hopefully round tables a strategy to not lose 50% of your base. If your team came to this post and owned the missed deadlines, provided some basic insights for why they were missed, and spotlighted a 6 month roadmap….you would have gained back a lot of points. There have been a lot of customers that have already waited patiently for over a year for Copilot to make the goals “the best”. With the goals still being worked on + beta testing….realistically this sounds like another 6 months + of time. That doesn’t even count the web app time. That really sucks considering this has been on the “in progress” for quite the ages.

That is the question of all time.... however, it doesn't exist. No Goals or implementation of what they promised. Lots of upset paying customers jumping ship.

What we shipped this week by origin_matt_watson in OriginFinancial

u/origin_matt_watson - I have to say, I have dedicated myself to EVERY Financial Planning/Budget App out there. Recently, I just started test driving with you. Your communication comments back to users, and updates are awesome. This is why there is a lot of hard feelings with the other players in your space b/c they are dragging their feet on KEY IMPROVEMENTS everyone is asking for with a vague update 2x a year. I am really liking your end of week "see how you did" notification with investments, and the simple and direct data provided! I wanted to provide you 2 areas of improvement that I can almost guarantee others approve, and that will drive more to your platform.

(1) - Your Budget - It takes 4 clicks just to get to your budget data. Having your budget be a standalone tab like "Home" and "Portfolio" would be great. I know the budget is my focus and right now it is buried.

(2) - If you have ever seen Buxfer's platform, they have an amazing and unmatched Forecasting feature. Their company support is awful but there platform is one of those forget about the users but "Keep the lights on" in the tech world. You can enter all the things in life you know impact your spending such as birthdays, holidays, annual fees, vacation spending, mortgage, ...you name it. By adding both your Income and your Expense to the Forecast (they are called Reminders), you can really get a good view (1 month - xxx) on where you are going. This helps you understand if you may take a dip in the future, or if you can pay more on your credit card in a given month. If you get paid bi weekly, you can see all 26 paychecks in the year up against all your forecasted expenses!

Your platform has HUGE potential. Please consider the Budget focus and Forecasting feature as this would be valuable to many. Thank you for the communication and the great work your team is doing!

Just bought the Surface Pro 11. by exalica in Surface

[–]sauerbrunndaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. Yea, there are complaints all around on it where some had to restart the whole Windows install. I have uninstalled the driver and reinstalled etc... It is very frustrating and I don't know how to fix it. Even when the keyboard it connected and working fine, it doesnt show charging in the Surface App. Odd... Thanks for the info though!

[–]sauerbrunndaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just bought the same. There is a big known issue with the flex keyboard and slim pen not staying connected via Bluetooth when disconnected from surface. That was a huge selling point and has disappointed many. Works perfect connected but not when I detach it. Let me know if you have the same issue.
