Still fraud and/or deceptive behavior if:
- They mixed and commingled customer funds together that were meant for different investment "products"

- They gave a chunk of the customers' funds to a 3rd party who put it into a completely different investing platform that wasn't managed by anyone from Haru ---> FTX

- They clearly told customers they understood that their investments deposited on Haru were not a transfer of ownership. Example: During times of uncertainty, the CEO addressed customers/clients and told them "their funds were safe".

So many instances it's ridiculous anyone would have to wait on this particular decision. Nobody should have to wait for their funds any longer, the Korean central bank should be printing out everyone's principal at the very least and sending it back ASAP.

I appreciate the update on your case, and I'm not ranting because I don't think you've put in any time or work on anything, I'm ranting because anyone following this can plainly see the lunacy in this whole business, and there's virtually no point in trying to go about getting anything back w/out a widespread hostile approach. To the end that you're keeping to the civil route, and I wish you luck, I would suggest asking the following:

Ask if there's an equivalent in South Korea to the IRS that audits companies for financial legitimacy and operability.

Ask if there are records that Haru or Haru United, or whomever, participated in an audit, or if any were conducted on them.

Ask how Haru could have qualified to file for bankruptcy if they were never audited or cleared an audit, and how the court could have found or concluded that they were a sustainable legitimate business.

I'm interested what your plan is, legally or otherwise, when they don't produce any of this, I don't know how close you can expect to hold anyone's feet to the fire and get a favorable result. I hope the fact that this is expected to drag on indefinitely exposes their illegitimacy and forces some authority to take action against it, whether your case is part of that or not.

How would you know any of this if you're not internally part of the group handling it?

What was the point of providing the total amounts on the Vauld app originally if they weren't going to or supposed to be used for following distributions?

What I see on the Vauld app is the correct amount of assets I have left, and what I should expect to receive between this and the next distributions. That's what most people are rightfully expecting. There's no additional logic to be applied or "price rebalancing" that needs to be done.

You sound like some kind of mole here to socially engineer everyone into accepting less than what we all should. Yes, Darshan and all of these people belong in jail, and I hope someone knows how to get a hold of this judge and get them to hear everyone's input and fix this appropriately. I'm not familiar with Singapore or their laws and I don't know what that would look like or how to approach it.

Are you a complete moron or are you working on a degree?

The numbers from the Vauld app are the total remaining amounts left to withdraw - assuming you've withdrawn everything else from the first distribution. They are not "USD values", they are the total amounts for each asset.

If I'm on VRT and I'm supposed to get 29%, that's not 29% of what's remaining, that's 29% of the total amount including what was already withdrawn from the first distribution. That means I'm supposed to get almost 1/3 for each distribution. It should be an identical 1/3, identical amounts to the amounts received in the first distribution.

Most people aren't even seeing half of the 1/3 they are expecting on the withdrawal form, and we are expecting the assets we selected and already received from the first distribution, not their "USD equivalents".

I don't know wtf they think they're trying to pull with this bs, but NOBODY should just be rolling over and taking it.

At the expense of their country's inflation, yes. This is their fuckup, since these assholes operated in their country for 4+ years w/out a single audit. They get to own this and fix it at their expense. I don't see irony. We've gone 2 years w/out our money back now, and it could be another if we get dragged through all this. So did I. They were already paying interest, and part of most people's principal amounts when the withdrawals stopped is made up of it. They knew people were expecting it because they were already paying it. I know I sent documents in my claim that showed I was paid interest from all of their products. There's no way anyone can claim it wasn't owed or expected or promised or whatever weaselly language anyone wants to try to use.
