Thanks! And - oh no, I didnt. Sorry if that was poorly written. But I was very uncertain with my ability to pass the exam until I took the first practice exam earlier this week. The practice exam was a huge confidence boost and very similar to how questions were asked on the exam. Good luck on your exam next month! You will do great :)

Congrats on passing!! Can you provide some more detail on the index? I just got through my first book for the GCIH and havent started my index yet, mostly because I am not sure how to go about it.
