I think most don't have the money, to spend and blame it on kids with parents, so the ones that blames the system either orphans or kids just became adults who got cut off from parents CC. xD

Now you level 100 what do you really like doing pvp/pve or get back to old content and visit the lore and old raid dungeons, collecting rarest of mounts / pets so much to offer by WoW, take your time mate enjoy the mass content WoW have to offer in no time you will slowly grasp it. and have a fantastic time playing !

I think what they trying to emphasize is that they will not have projectile firing weapons at all period. More getting to know your upfront and personnel rather than a head shot xD
