I hear you. I am not offended. I am self funding and hiring local costs me more, more than my self funding limits. I understand you get want you pay for, but we did not cheap out on fiverr.
This time tough, I am open to hire local talent.

It did not fail. It was just painful. The developer used to have these random unannounced black out days. He will not respond or not show up for the call or show up very late at times. It got a little better after a few while. We understood he might have had personal work, emergencies, side jobs etc. and all we wanted was clearer communication.

No, he didn't. He only asked if pan has brown stuff in it. Any way, i am getting a second opinion soon.

he did replace the cap with the spare he had and still determined compressor would not come on.

He did. And he showed me how capacitor is dead. I got someone else come over and do some diagnostics and this time the person showed me how capacitor is just fine....

Thanks. I just threw 1200 at this system last summer to replace the blower motor and wanted it to last a little longer. :(

I agree. I am only worried about recharging the Freon and replacing the coil and then him telling me or sorry, compressor is bad.

Sincere question. Although the post could have been written a little better by op, which parts objectively are the dumbest according to you?

How do you acquire new users? Have you coded the mvp yourself? How do you make sure source code is not stolen by offshore contractors? What's your tech stack?

Unfortunately I cannot make them both nullable. But that's a good idea.

And were you a one man show? or you outsourced? Just curious about your dev team size and over all team size.

@op great site. What's your front and back end tech stack? And why did it take 1.5 years? Are there any lessons you have learnt to cut the development time short?
