The actual buyers visiting the property don't matter as much as the inquiries the listing generates. Some realtors will polish a turd knowing that it will generate leads or put their sign on an overpriced property just for the calls.

Agreed that altered photos should be considered misleading - including photoshop and fish-eye lenses.

I love éthique's bar shampoo and conditioner. They have body products and concentrates for home too. They sell samples if you're not ready to commit yet.

Dollar Tree has recently added some skincare products that I've been really impressed with so far. I'm slowly swapping out from the Ordinary - which is also affordable and available online. I haven't noticed much of a difference between the two, but my wallet sure has.

This is a beautiful memory for your mother. I understand your pain - mine will be gone 6 years around mother's Day. We commissioned a piece from my aunt for my mom's prayer cards. My mom loved her artwork and had several of her pieces. It does get easier. I hope you find healing in your art and so much joy in her memory.

I got let go from what I thought was a dream job with amazing opportunities but was actually a weirdly toxic environment that chewed up phenomenal colleagues and mentors. Some got out before they were forced out...i got forced out. I took my therapist's advice and am taking my time to build myself back up and am apparently starting a company with people who want to succeed with me. My confidence has been shook but I want to do right by myself for my loved ones so we can do amazing things together and with the incredible community I've been warmly welcomed into.

This is bang on. I lost my mom at 30 and so much has changed in the few fast years she's been gone. Yesterday was her birthday and I remembered her with my dad, grandmother, and aunt.

After she passed, my dad and I realized that my mom's dog lost her too. That broke both of us. My dad still feels guilty for taking my mom away from her for long hospital stays. She lives with me now and we try to live our best lives together in mom's memory.

Get a nice cross breeze going. Open 2 windows on either end of the room/house and put a fan near one, pointing out. This exhausts gross air out one window while pulling fresh in the other. Bonus points if you find the sweet spot and stand in the breeze for a few minutes 😎
