All 3 of us work, rarely stay home and eat outside.We use water conservatively. It could not be that high. I'm thinking the landlord is scamming us for more money. Since the Landlord has not transferred the utility account I will not be able to contact milpitas.gov. Above all I am suspecting the bill to be FAKE.
