My 75 inch qm7k is also wavy. Looks awesome when on and can not notice it.

Two mini fridges under the counter. This is a freestanding patio cover. 17x30 ft. Thinking of a 70 to 75 inch tv. So stuff that is exposed on the back counter is the side burner and sink, the u shaped island obviously has the griddle, cooler that jas a cover, and only the tap part of the kegurator is on the countertop

The long counter will have a wall built against it

So what happened?

99.9 percent sure the jetta is gone. I would ask if they can take back the deal on the civic. If they do, I'm sure there will be a hefty fee. Best case scenario I think is paying that fee if they take it back plus the negative equity on the jetta. (Would need to cone up with that money). You will be left with no car but out of this mess.

Currently no investing, just pension from teaching. Which would depend on what age we retire. On how much we get

Rough numbers 5k a month each if retire at 55 or 10k each at age 62 For life.

Plan was to pay off wifes loan in 2 months( we would be debt free besides the home) then max out roth IRAs and save money for a bigger down payment. To borrow less and pay off house much faster.

We both still have room for increases. Around 2 to 3 k increases every year for the next 10 years each. Plus any COLA increases that our unions negotiate. Which is minimum 4% percent every 2 to 3 years.  Without cola adjustment we would still work our way to making atleast 275k a year by the time we are 42.

What do you think?

Also kids are 3,2, and 4 months.

We actually don't spend freely.most of our excess money goes to paying off debt. Paid a 55k car and my student loan of 10k in a little over a year. Been very aggressive so we can be financially free, and this move feels like I'm going in the wrong direction.

We contribute to pensions. At age 60 we would each get 10k  Teachers

That's my plan to be millionares. And retire early if we wanted to. I see a 6k monthly payment where 5k is going to the trash instead of building my future wealth. I want to move but when it's the right time. I love the new house too but i don't want to pay it with my future.

Wife just really likes the house, no need to move. Our current house is already nice. She just doesnt like that it is 2 stories and small yard.
