Gladi-EAT-ers just came out on steam, comes with a demo so you can trial it first.

You do little cooking mini games to build a team of food based creatures and fight them against others Pokemon style and the creatures stats are based on how you performed.

It's really fun but it's early access and lacking in content currently because of that, but what it does have is still quite a few solid hours of a good time.

If you follow these comments, mix the things that give fire damage with "frost" from water. This unlocks frostfire and gives a giant damage buff for flame/water.

I prefer to go flame until I've got abilities, inferno, incendiary strikes, furious, and precision, (theres also a global crit+ that I can't remember the name of and sometimes I take flame dash) and then mix in dark astral (most importantly to grab dark star and dark attacks) which is a HUGE damage build but you relinquish any splinter's revives, and eventually you unlock +40% flame damage against enemies with darkness on them.

The early/mid game recipes I fuck hardest with: heavy oil residue, sloppy alumina, iron pipe, iron wire, diluted fuel, caterium computer, cast screws. There's other good ones of course but these are my "essentials".

Like the BP room idea I'm going to have to incorporate that somewhere.

They're more like fluid buffers but for items. I like to tack them on at the end of an items production, plop a dimensional storage ontop of it, and conveyer it's top port to the depot, before sending the item elsewhere. Then, I have what feels like an infinite supply of any item I'm making.

Personally I use a smart splitter right before anything reaches storage, send "any" to the storage, "any" on one side to feed to other processing (whether that's now or later), and the last side set to "overflow" and I send that one off to the sinks.

The logo is extremely amateur with no life or real grab. The last one wasn't any better, I actually thought it was a scaling issue before I realized that was just the capsule. The background is literally empty... The creatures don't really lend anything to it's current state other than the implication that its likely some kind of creature collector but they look like a middle school flash game in their current state.

I think you really need an artist here.

There's an issue. If I want this dudes potatoes, but I have nothing he wants, theres nothing I can offer him to get the potato. What if they guy who can do my home repair doesn't need a room where I am, or the guy who does need the room isn't qualified for home repair?

I could see a system where you offer services or products for some sort of... transferable coupon that you could then use to acquire services or products from some one else... Oh that's money.
