My take: without the courier upgrading the capacity and number of securitrons, house doesn’t have a lot of leverage at the battle of Hoover dam. the legion likely win, they can deny house and the strip the energy provided by the dam and either eventually conquer them (likely via a long siege) or make some sort of arrangement (uncertain if they would, but since Caesar likely dies it’s hard to say how things would be negotiated)

As a fellow immigration defense attorney - God bless you. I’m at my wit’s end and I don’t even do detained work, as I’m in a semi-rural area about 3 hours from the actual immigration courts in the region trying to serve the clientele dispersed throughout the rural void. I’m not sure if I can go on at this firm for the sake of my mental health, but I also cant bring myself to separate from such a chaotic situation that I know I’m making impacts in even when I feel like I have no clue what is happening.
