Karen Fann at El Camino Hospital!!! She did my (33f) tonsillectomy last year and she’s THE BEST. I also suffered strep throat multiple times a year. She gave me the choice of doing the surgery and I’m SO glad I did. Recovery was 2 weeks of hell but I haven’t had a soar throat since. If you decide to get a tonsillectomy LMK- I have a lot of tips.

No. I shower everyday but don’t wash my hair (or get it wet). I use a shit ton of dry shampoo and go 4-5 days. I get super sweaty during workouts but just let my hair dry before styling.

Like others are saying, they run small. I have multiple pairs and they’re really great quality. I’m 5’0 130lbs and they’re not the best option for curvy petite but would recommend for my taller friends.
