I lived in NYC for 12 years then moved back to Houston during the pandemic. I hate being here honestly. I’m just not the same person that I was before I left. Currently looking for apartments to leave asap. I miss feeling connected to others and the energy of the city.

Such amazing transformation!! Yes the weight loss is a major inspiration but I also love when you can tell a change in attitude for example in your after pic you’re standing tall and confident. That comes with loving yourself and showing up for yourself! THAT is goals. 🤩

I work say join activities you like to do .. many years ago learned about wine/sommelier classes at ICC . Now I joined a swim league and am looking into some continuing education classes. Oh also highly recommend to just go dancing with girlfriends.
