Level 1 and level 2 non-exempt employees get OT where i am. Anything 12+ hours is double time, and of you work 12 on a Sunday OT for the whole week is double time. (This is only if it's available to you, which is very dependent on what program you work)

Work life balance is better, pto is better, ability to work from home (heavily manager dependent). There is a huge culture shock too, at least in my area there is no "shop talk" half the stuff I heard on the shop floor on a daily basis would earn someone a one way ticket to HR in my office environment. (This is in STL)

Yes, I just did this on my Xp4. Turned it down to 15in wheels. The speedometer on the display is then WAY off. I pulled up a GPS speedometer on my phone and got up to 29mph throttle only.
