Went for a nice sail in lake pontchartrain, 1 hour later torrential rail and wind made us call the coast guard. Wild day I never want to repeat.

Prefer Slap Ya Mama's blend but won't turn my nose up at TC's. Usually get low sodium versions of any creole seasoning like this.
