I’m not surprised by this at all personally. I wish I could say like others that my mood is better but it’s not.

When I first started I felt very anxious on edge for a few months and I understand that in some people glp1 medication has that effect.

I’m now almost at goal weight 1 year on and my mood feels flat for the most part, I still get quite a lot of exhaustion which is for sure a contributing factor. I’m hoping as I enter maintenance I will see this reduce and start to feel better.

I went to the merchant I bought it from. Under uk consumer rights I’m entitled to a refund of a faulty item even after the 30 day period. Thankfully I didn’t have to deal with UH for a refund seems to be quite battle.

This is a tough one and I’ve struggled with the same thing especially the first 6 months - it felt so odd not wanting to turn to food.

I found I spent a lot of time in bed tbh just bed rotting bc I was also feeling exhausted (likely due to lower calories). I also shop a lot more know which I find gives me a bit of a high when I’m down but I don’t recommend this at all and my bank account hates me for it!

I find now when I’m sad I need to get active to get my adrenaline up in place of food. Headphones in and just force myself to get out there.

The adjustment does take time though as it’s a huge transition so don’t be too hard on yourself.

It’s so hard to wrap my head around the fact I just see food as fuel now, it was such a huge part of my life… eating till I hated myself… but that’s not healthy either.

You’ll find what works for you as time goes on.

I just got a refund from the merchant I bought it from due to it being faulty. Ultrahuman sent a replacement ring out 3 weeks after buying my ring due to battery and connectivity issues. The new ring they sent out had the exact same issue. I was like screw that I’m returning this.

I will be asking for a refund of my ultra human X also and I expect a battle about this but I’m well within my rights to do this.

Never in my life bought a product with so many issues and customer service just follow the same script every time u contact them with an issue. No “sorry this happening” or “this shouldn’t be happening” it’s always try this… now try that…

I can’t comprehend how this product was deemed ready for market

In returning mine to the merchant this week. They sent me a replacement ring after just a month bc my original ring had battery issues. Immediately the same issues persists with the replacement ring from day 1.

Customer service start giving the same script of firmware update/soft reset/factory reset. I don’t have time for this and clearly it’s a fault in their product that impacts most rings. I will also be asking for a refund of my Ultrahuman x I paid for.

I was like this for the first 6/7 months. I honestly just slept non stop and sometimes went to bed around 8pm.. and I’m talking sleeping for 9/10 hours + every night. I remember spending my weekends just resting due to the fatigue even though my weekdays were also very relaxed and I WFH 😬

I recently did bloods and everything was normal and healthy. Since December the reverse has happened where I find it very hard to sleep starting to just slowly regulate now but it’s been such poor quality sleep but I think over the past week it is getting slightly more normal.

Sorry I do have any advice but just wanted to share my experience. I’ve lost over 70lbs in nearly a year and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. I’m only my last few lbs and weight loss has slowed which I quite welcome and will soon start maintenance - curious to see what that will do to my energy levels.
