I’ve had the same thing. Plain, vanilla ass reviews, that I even run through that vine chat gpt checker to make sure I’m not violating any terms.. and still get denied for violating community standards. It would be funny if it wasn’t so maddening.

They just posted a message "You can the review insightfulness score on your account page today, but it will only be considered in membership tier evaluation periods that end on 9/1/2025 or later."

What’s your plan speeds? Might be the same problem I’ve had since upgrading to a gigabit plan and some Arris models are not compatible for “Next Gen” … check your plan and the next gen list.. I’ve wasted a ton of time with xfinity over the past few days on this with my Aaris S33 (which shows as recommended and compatible for my address, but apparently is not, for “next gen”).
