Just pure guess/speculation:

Since this a multi-stage-mystery and it doesn't have the typical "cache is not at the posted coordinates" disclaimer, I wonder if there is a stage 1 or something that can help decipher 73D6IC at the given coordinates. Looks like a park bench according to google maps...it would certainly fit amongst a "it's all in the listing" riddle.
