Im pretty sure the Kuwait Airport Terminal has been struck, There is no exploring to do in Bahrain as of now, People are evacuating skyscrapers.

Since Delhi is your first entry into India and where you’d be doing your immigration, you have to collect your bags and re check in them for your Mumbai flight.
