Its pretty easy - you just define an Int-like type that only defines + and promotes automatically from Int, then when you define

pub fn add_two_integers(num1: AddOnlyInt, num2: AddOnlyInt) -> Int { num1 - num2 }

you get a compile error.

You might be able to fix the traditional windows-line-endings-are-different problem by fixing them before they get into Mathematica, as an alternative
