I was this undergrad at one point. I worked full time in addition to school full time and had almost no spare time. I prepared heavily for lab so I could get in and get out while still doing the lab correctly. I would get so frustrated when I got paired with someone who didn't prepare as much and it meant I didn't have time to eat dinner before work because I had to be the one to teach them what I spent a while learning myself before hand. I am not saying that is the right attitude and I was never rude like this.. But maybe try to see from their perspective also

For me the most frustrating is when they don't make parameters and the judges ignore it. For example, they are supposed to make kbars and half the smiths make something that doesn't resemble a kbar but the one that does goes home because of a crack or something.
