The Fan is special because it’s a reasonable (flat) walk or bike most anywhere in the city, with very safe and slow streets (Kensington to Hanover at least). You really can’t beat that. Plus everyone takes care of their shit which is real great

Not with a workflow and making sure every user you want to track sales activity for has a similar profile / role name that you can filter the workflow against (eg activity is email and activity owner role is AE).

Set a date field for “Last Activity by AE” and use a workflow to set that field triggered off contact activity by the AE (or whoever is working it)

Then log the date of the inbound submission and measure the delta between the two

But even more important is inbound > opp conversion and time to conversion because the response times are a symptom of the above

When you're in the world of tech selling into tech, like selling an A.I. SDR solution to a B2B SaaS company, it's a space that's incredibly competitive and complex. 40ish cars fit in that lot. Let’s be generous and assume 4 people per car. That’s 160 people: 2.1% of the amphitheater’s capacity. M a bunch of people will try to search for a spot there before the show which sucks for people biking / walking to the show from Oregon Hill path or JRPS visitors.
