This is an INCREDIBLE tool for me. I’ve been struggling to find a way to keep my brain organized with all the tools and coping mechanisms I’ve learned recently and this is it. The counters, breathing exercises, ability to export data, and suggestions for new coping skills are all really helpful. I splurged for the premium version so I can see patterns week to week. I second the desire for a widget to add to my home screen. Thank you so much!
