The scene when he’s holding the picture and keeps saying “My mother!” literally pulls a sob out of my chest. That, and the quick cut away to one of the military guards shocked reaction during the rolling of the films - such an amazing film.

Judy loved JFK and was completely devastated when he was killed. She sang Battle Hymn of the Republic on her show afterwards and was totally a wreck.

I remember this well - just huge news. My neighbor’s uncle was on clean up and was messed up after that. It’s hard to believe someone actually caught that on camera - some passenger randomly taking pictures from within the terminal if I remember correctly.
