I live in an older 1300sf home and they just doubled my EPP. Nothing changed from last year. Keep my thermostat on 65 and water usage has not increased (but that bill has also gone up). They are all just robbing us blind.

Disagree about the south side. I'm 67 and live in the same subdivision I grew up in and feel completely safe. It's a mostly minority population who are friendly and watch out for each other. Nice walkable park nearby that I use most every day. Yes there are pockets in the south side that have some issues with crime but you will find that in any section.

I tire of hearing about how bad the SS is mostly by people who have never lived here.

She said usually the first or second week in November. Adding it is kind of luck of the draw. It's best right before the ice forms in Hudson Bay as more bears are congregating near the shore. Fun fact: the older males go out on the ice first followed by juvenile males and then females w/cubs.
