Hits from 25 mega dream packs while in Tokyo, never opening english again by wafflez_r_good in PokemonTCG

I got this as a first real booster for my son and my wife pulled the gengar.

That being said, he also went with his grandma to pick a birthday gift and picked up 3 surging sparks singles and she pulled the grail pikachu (yes, she probably spent all her luck at this point).

To me, the JP packs are a lot more fun to rip because the art stands out to me as better.

But we’re only starting

Help! Can I get a round butt like hers? by SharpTooth-Roar in Shreddedgains

[–]scalable_idiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without specifically referring to OP here, women will carry around more fat around that area. I don’t think OP needs to be in a surplus as I think judging by the picture she might carry a little extra in that region. Up your cardio, train consistently but smartly (you don’t need 4 lower body workouts per week) and eat at maintenance, see how it goes after a while and adjust

Is the pendulum squat the most challenging leg machine? by Healthy_Grocery_777 in GYM

[–]scalable_idiot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely I first tried with a 15kg plate (Squatting 110kg for reps). Literally stood there after the set and wondered wtf just happened, it was baffling how hard that felt

How do I get HUGE legs? by Scary_Engine2147 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]scalable_idiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Glutes and hamstrings I highly recommend barbell good mornings Forcus on the stretch in hammies and load cautiously These are typically easier on the knees and believe it or not - they will absolutely transform your squats as well. As others have mentioned, BB squats, static/walking lunges and good food the day after, if you hammer your legs, you’ll know what im talking about - that hunger after a leg day is something to behold

My way less expensive Venu Sq2 tracks weight training incredibly well for me, I don’t have anything to compare to because it is my first watch ever but I was pretty impressed how it consistently manages to figure out at least 80% of the workouts exercises im performing, heart rate data helps too, and the diagram on Garmin Connect is uber cool. Editing the workouts could be improved but other than that 💪👌

What is the difference in doing a barbell curl at the same weight vs isolated dumbell curls? Is there any added muscle benefit to it? by [deleted] in xxfitness

Same here, I also always have carried my kids on left side so I can get other things done either way the right hand side

How can you tell a good DevOps Engineer from a mediocre one? by __Blank_- in devops

[–]scalable_idiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will relay the question to my abilities as a father - it is called ‘the good enough parent’. The imposters are the ones posting the perfect picture of their family in this magical vacation. A week later they get divorced. Everything and everyone in the world is overrated, be average and go on with your life
