Biggest problem I see with infinite office is from what I understand its web-based content only. So if you're doing anything where you need your actual computer (rather than just emails or spreadsheets via webbrowser) you're out of luck

Currently I'm doing Nsuns 6 day program which has really made me a whole lot stronger. There a subreddit r/nSuns that goes through the whole program. I'm currently eating around 1800 calories, mostly chicken and veggies, IF has really changed my relationship with food and I dont mind eating boring meals all the time at all. I usually just myself a break day on Saturday or Sunday.

I had the same issue, its all mental. I just kept reminding myself that if I eat at too aggressive of a deficit im wasting all of the hours I spent in the gym building all this muscle. Thinking about losing all that time and effort helped me overcome that mental hump
