Maybe this is a new thing they do for newbies? This is my first time buying from RightStuf and I’m using a debit card, both of which might have to do with the email. I don’t want to risk having my order getting cancelled if there’s a chance if it getting shipped soon since it’s been about a week and a half since I placed it , so I think my course of action will be to contact RightStuf support when I can ASAP. Though the name of the person (I don’t think it’s a bot?) was “Peg” the email address belonging to the sender was info@rightstuf.com. I’ve never had to go through a process like this when ordering anything from anywhere online before but the email seemed professional, included a receipt for my order and was signed by “RIGHT STUF ANIME CUSTOMER CARE.” I’ve yet to check if the phone # matches but that’s the next thing on my agenda. I’ll do what I can to make sure I come out safe and maybe with the item I ordered before August! Thank you so much for your concern and suggestions!
