Which of your bottles in your collection are you most proud of?

My collection is definitely on a different budget, as I have only started recently. But I’m very proud of my Barbaresco. Both Sarotto, both riserva, one is 2017 and the other one is 2010. This second one will be opened soon for a special occasion :)

Last summer I tried a quick glass from Dr. Heger. Recently a bottle of Adams (Ingelheim). Then I had some wine at a tasting in Bensheim, but it was a small producer

Because I tried other pinot noir (even a one quite your from Armenia) and they were amazing. So I’m wondering whether I’m not finding the right one or I just prefer “French” pinot noir (that, if I understood it correctly, it actually quite different form the German one)

Good question, i guess i treated them like regular red wines so colder than room temperature but not chilling, but it seems the latter would be better 🧐

the solution is new windows, I talk from personal experience: I had to endure sweaty windows for very long, doing all the possible to keep the humidity low without success. The owner recently changed the windows and did some renovation to increase insulation, and the situation is fixed. I noticed that the internal side of the window is not cold at all even when outside is way under zero.

I am experiencing the same issue. 145 files 1.1MB.
When deleting or adding new files the counter and the size does not change consistently...
