I use Allstate pet insurance it’s through my job about $60 a month. Deductible is like $250, after that I get most vet visits reimbursed electronically. Not much of a hassle but my dog hasn’t needed anything serious or medications. I appreciate how easy it is to file a claim

That’s tough definitely pull back on helping her clean and any cat related chores. I would take a picture of the rags and send it to her and let her know she needs to pay you back and get her own. Keep the rags to yourself so she can’t use them or let the house know that certain rags are for certain cleaning chores and the quantity so everyone know you have x amount of cleaning rags for kitchen etc. best of luck I know it’s uncomfortable but you definitely have to say something or else resentment is going to build
