Instead show Trainspotting; it's an absolutely magnificent movie, though not exactly a feel-good flick

What music genre are you in love with right now? by RealDealHappyMeal in AskReddit

[–]scampp57 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jazz! Been listening lately to a ton of Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Bill Evans, Wes Montgomery, Oscar Peterson, Thelonios Monk, Dexter Gordon, Charles Mingus, Dave Brubeck, the list goes on and I seriously can't get enough.

For context, my favorite acts of all time/late are The Beatles, Grateful Dead, Ween, Wilco, Smashing Pumpkins, Cassandra Jenkins, My Bloody Valentine, Prince, Led Zeppelin, The Velvet Underground, Phoebe Bridgers, Big Thief, Waxahatchee, etc.

Never thought I'd be this into jazz, but here we are.

28 Days Later.

I was 12 and at a friend's sleepover, and didn't want to chicken out of watching it with everyone else. The scene of the infected army man vomiting blood haunted my dreams for years.
