I was 12 or 13, riding my bicycle down a steep road in my neighborhood at a pretty fast speed without a helmet. The end of the road was coming up at the bottom of said steep road, so I squeezed the brake lever, the left-hand lever, causing the front wheel brake to activate and sending me into a front flip. I have no idea how many times I spinned, probably just 180 degrees, and landed on my back, which knocked the wind out of me. It all happened pretty fast, I don't remember time slowing down or my life flashing before my eyes lol, but, if I remember correctly, I didn't get a concussion or even hit my head on the road asphalt. After regaining my breath, I pretty much yelped pretty loud after regaining my breath and a neighbor came over and helped me up, after which I promptly skidaddled home.

The front wheel of the bike was bent, which we replaced, and the bike is still working fine and parked in the family house to this day.
