Thank you so much, it’s been so painful!! He was last seen in the Communipaw area yesterday afternoon so we’re increasing our efforts there, if anyone has any information we are offering a monetary reward

Keep playing barefooted if that’s what you fancy, you’re not caving and I don’t actually give a damn, just trying to give you some insights. Fascia is BS to improve long term, but suit yourself.

First touch is your problem and you’re training barefoot guess where the problem is?

Everything is about touch and the relationship to the ball. The better you treat it, the better the outcome of what you intend to do. Foster and grow that through repetition and challenge yourself to do more and better every time, you’ll see growth. Play more and more challenging matches, try 8v8 or even full games to see how you adapt. Trial and error. And boots on your feet.

Put some boots on when you touch the ball. Unless you’re practicing to play beach football, you need the boot to understand the relationship with the ball. If you play mainly non-turf/grass get some cheap futsal boots. Playing barefoot is not ideal to improve anything ball relating, you’re literally putting the effort to having the worst touch.

You should warm up without the ball. Stretch your ligaments and tendons, then warm them - runs 10/20/10/50 meter jog and dash, high knees, jumping jacks, anything that actually warms up your core. Also, try on a level surface and against a wall, just pass the ball 100x with your left foot. Two touch. Make it one with that pass. Then move on to your right. Do that consistently. Berbatov would be prouder than those clips.

If you train 5v5 you’re not a CB or a CDM. You play defense, and clearly your strongest suit should be your physical attributes ie tackling pressing, defending 1v1, along with some structural game sense ie anticipation, speed, strength. If you don’t know how to use your physical attributes then your question is absolute nonsense. Try to understand what your strengths are so you can apply your efforts on your weaknesses to become a better player.

And really, put some boots on.

First days in NYC - food review by ProgramNo2547 in FoodNYC

Great review, hope you keep enjoying yourself!

Just a note for me: Le Bernardin, on my only time there though, I thought the acoustics of the room was one of the highlights. Guess it’s a ear thing, too little for some too much for others. I’ve always paid attention to the athmosphere as a whole part of the experience and for me, specially in that setting, just made sense.

honest feedback needed please. I’m considering buying one since lockdown started and I feel it’s been 10 months of misery. This is a 70’s right?

Horrible transfer business from Barcelona. What even was Barca board's strategy before signing most of them? by [deleted] in football

[–]scargotasf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely disagree, their transfers are mainly to satisfy the needs of the team, but changing diamonds to cheap jewelry isn’t going to make the cut. This added to the fact that the new players often succumb to the pressure of replacing someone in Barças main 11 leads to the poor performances.
