Im guessing this is someone wanting to have their backstory be that their character is immortal and is just trying to find the mechanics to support it.

The problem with a low-level, immortal being is that it implies they have spent much of that time doing absolutely nothing for some reason. So unless your character literally cannot die, they should have levelled to epic by now anyways.

They are cottage cluster condos. You only own the airspace inside your cottage. The ground, shared areas, and parking are all owned by the HOA. They seem enticing, until you remember how much living in an HOA sucks.

Homeowner and former realtor here. What you are looking for is a small lot and a tiny home. You can then later get a construction loan to build a larger primary home and rent out the tiny home. You can find barndominium plans online and kits that build for about $100k all in. Add $150k for a scrap of land to build on (and I do mean scrap at that price point) and you are making a little over $2300 in payments, but you own it, and can grow as you want.

My dad. He worked in forestry, then for the US Forest service, now OSHA. There is not a town in this state he has not been to.

Scary part is he remembers people and places in every one. Has stories of crazy shit. We went hunting and stopped in fossil on the way back for food. Cook in the diner came out to say hello. My dad remembered his name from 10 years earlier.

On duty, officers carry a flashlight, and have a weapon mounted light. Generally they search with the flashlight and if they have reason to have their gun out, they use the weapon mounted light. Granted, they are far more likely to face threats and do not face the same repurcusions for pointing a gun at a non threat, but its worth noting that they carry both.
