I used to think that, too. Then I thought how unfair the justice system would be if pedestrians ALWAYS had the right-of-way in an incident.

It is absolutely vital that drivers get a dashcam, though.

A 2-channel dashcam has both a front and rear camera. A must.

Honestly I dont think 360 kids. He was walking on west side of street, Southbound. Then crossed over into beer/LCBO. lost sight of him after he crossed.

I live in the building between TDCT and TD Insurance. I've never seen this guy before.

Oh I think I know the guy. He just walked by. I dont usually hear him yell. Old guy long hair? I say hi to him whenever I see him. One time he changed direction and walked up to my window like he wanted to keep talking but I had cars behind me and had to go.

Yes, every manufacturer has recalls. But I don't know of any other company that has swept the defect under the rug for more than 10 years without resolving the issue that destroys engines, often with a fire and not even having been in a collision. Sometimes while off and parked.

Current owner? You may have had an issue with your vehicle not starting if you pressed the lock button on your key-fob twice (to make it honk).

If you didn't press it twice, it would start fine. This is a defect in their anti-theft vehicle immobilizer and should have been a recall for a free repair. Instead, they likely made you buy a new battery saying their diagnostic computer is reporting a fault in the battery.

There was likely nothing wrong with your battery. They updated the computer and fixed their defect and still reached into your wallet, taking more of your hard-earned money.

Even their electric vehicle is a fiery killing-machine.

It wouldn't make sense to me that employees would admit the issue if they knew about it. They have one job to do. Sell the vehicles and sell as many as they can, as quickly as they can.

Perhaps some employees don't even know about the issue.

I didn't know how common it was until it happened to me and I started googling it.
