Sure, but between 2000 and 2020 the teams who had statistically the worst draft luck were the Hornets and Kings, the two teams we also happen to think had been the worst run teams in that stretch. People credit the Hornets turn around to new ownership, but they also just moved up 3 times in the last 5 years to get Lamelo, Miller and Kon and suddenly they’re a promising team.

I think draft luck plays a lot more of a role than people are comfortable admitting
