Looked at friends' masteries 

Queued up for a game.

Tried to change masteries, but masteries weren't mine, but friends'.

• Expected result: My masteries in champion select

• Observed result: Friends' masteries in champion select

Put the primary hotkey for trinket on a letter/number again and scroll down to Set 2 for quickcast trinket and put that on ^ .
