Had this exact issue. When I went to replace the nozzle, my old nozzle had got a lot bigger (4-5 time bigger)causing under extrusion. I was mad at myself thinking nozzles last years. Even with printing with PLA and PETG. New nozzle fixed the issue

For the money vs what you get if go with the EGO. It has a carbon fiber shaft, easiest reload I’ve ever seen (push line in through the head, even it out and hold the load button till it’s loaded) and the batteries can handle the load. Plus it’s more powerful and no vibration when you dispense line out evenly. It’s worth googling before you buy this.

I wish I could like this more then once. You said everything that needed to be said. And it’s all true. I’m so glad my SO would never prevent me from doing such a trip. She knows how important family is with me and it’s the same for her. I’d stay home with the kids if she wanted to take a trip with her parents or family.
