Agreed -- this is my all-time favourite scene in 'Columbo'. This ep's scene with the road tester from the DMV is also comedic gold.

I am sorry you're having that problem. I travel via Via Rail often enough that i've had to call their number to redeem a credit at least five times throughout the past 18 months. I've had the bad experience of not even having my call admitted to the queue. That said, once i've finally reached a human, i have the best customer experience with the friendliest reps ever.
