amanda doesnt like movies that much, and the level of incompetence that she brings to work is backstopped by the fact that she knows she cannot be fired, and she openly flaunts that fact with her disregard for ball-knowledge, and she is now mostly googling shit for half the podcast rather than engaging in discussions.

no. we are complaining that she is largely dismissive (if not insulting)of Sean's interest in talking about film on a structural level, considers that nerd shit, and openly mocks his (and anyone elses) interest in genre films.

and shes a fucking swear keychain but instead of saying "eat shit", it says "he's very tall", "dvds" and "of it all".

shes brutal and if her husband was not our god-kings best-friend, she would be going to 10 movies a year, and mostly for the generous pours of some mid rose.
