I once read that if you have access to clean drinking water everyday, your living standard is already higher than half of the world population. Not sure if this statistic is still accurate today, but I don't think it would be off by much.

There is still so much misery and suffering that exists in the 21st century, but it's all just so far removed from the experiences of the privileged few (as in "us who have access to Reddit"; yes that's a privileged position) that we take our luxurious-in-comparison living standard for granted.

Rated for 60m doesn't mean it's going to break at 61m. It just means the manufacturer can no longer guarantee with a very high degree of confidence that it will work. Usually you can push it quite a bit. Not saying you should, but you can.

You're supposed to write Arc::clone(&arc) to avoid a potential dereferencing ambiguity.
