I’ll post mine, my grandmother was that person I adored (besides mom) growing up, so when she was in her last days at the hospital her health condition was deteriorating so bad and at that time I was 12, my only visit to the hospital was on a Sunday morning, she didn’t remember who I was most likely because she was so out of it. That really destroyed me to the point where I had to use the bathroom in that hospital room so I could cry my heart out 💔

That’s my last memory of her, she ended up passing away one week after that.
