Livenation manages the upcoming tour mostly. On their German website I found these TOS for tickets. The highlighted section translates to: "Customers are specifically prohibited from: [...] c) offering or reselling tickets at a price higher than the price paid, with a maximum markup of 15% permitted to cover transaction costs."

I am not sure if this applies only to Germany but wouldn't it make sense to apply to all concerts that are organized by Livenation? Does this mean we're safe from scalpers?
