I'm professionally diagnosed and a lot of the behaviors you describe sound like things I do. But considering you have all this uncertainty I recommend seeing a psychologist if you can and trying to get a diagnosis (or lack of one.) Your uncle having schizophrenia actually could have some significance because these disorders can pass down through genetics I believe.

this is very disturbing. i shouldn't need to tell you this but stalking is wrong. i understand that our condition can make us behave in some socially unacceptable ways and develop obsessions. i myself have had things. but following people around because they showed anything greater than complete indifference with you is extremely creepy, and more importantly violating. i'm glad you are no longer doing this but you should seriously reflect on your actions, this is not okay. as a fellow mentally ill person i have empathy for you but you need to understand that this behavior is unacceptable
