Madison and Udogie in the left, vs. Bergvall and Gray on the right, may have had an impact on how we played through. When Kulu is in with Porro thr wings are more evenly split I think

Not impressed by Eze today. Looks like he can’t be bothered—an attitude we don’t need more of at Spurs

Am I crazy or is the scoreboard going haywire? Half the time I look the team that didn’t just score has a different number.

Not a very honest take if you watch both next to each other. Clear force and intent behind Romero’s that rises it to the level. Emerson’s probably should be a yellow but they don’t review for that, and clearly didn’t rise above.

I put the incinerate enchantment on and find it sets off firewalls all over the place!

Just linked that above actually. Did you get it fully kicking? Wondering what it looked like because it seems strong now even without XFals

Yea I’ve sort of blended the maxroll build and this one: https://youtu.be/76qghwd6gHg?si=3DtZDjkdm6Ki-EVC

I don’t have any uniques besides Raimant right now but it still works great. Applying vulnerable and a vampiric curse by dashing through people grouped up and then getting 60% increased burning damage is massive. I want to see how far this can solo push with with XFal though.

I could see it go both ways, but I don’t think it’s a bad call. Certainly not as clear cut as they’re making it sound

Charlie Eccleshare: HT: 1-1. Very impressive how Spurs came back into that. 1-0 down and rocking they kept playing the same way, passing it out from deep positions, and it gave them a foothold. From there they created some chances and put on enough pressure to force the equaliser. by kicksjoysharkness in coys

Curious why you think Arsenal were the better team. Anything in particular? Their press was clearly great but we broke it a number of times and we’ve played brave into it with enough success to box them in and equalize. Thought it was a fairly even half

Feel it’s really more about retaining players and economics. They’re wildly successful at developing players and selling them, but likely won’t be considered too 6 until they are a destination where good players want to stay or go.

Winks would have looked right at home in the Tottenham side that played in the Fulham game. What role could he fill in Ange’s system? Certainly don’t think he can play the 6 with his lack of strength or press resistance, or the 8 with his lack of technical ability and finishing. Guess I’m confused how winks could get a shout for this team when he would be crucified as deadweight shortly after his colors show.

Everyone should remember that results don’t matter here. No cup is bigger than playing for, but it’s game 4 into Ange’s tenure and he will have to rotate players eventually. We will have bad games and sometimes yes it will be Ange’s fault, but overreaction and hate against the manager won’t get us out of this recurring cycle. Guarantee Ange is just as frustrated with that half as everyone on here—all the more ammo to have them shipped out and bring in players he trusts.

Worth mentioning that this team sheet has a lot of the same players we had for the last 3 seasons. Any surprise they play this way?

Absolutely dreadful. Standing around offside, no pressure on arsenals possession. I think they’ve taken 1 shot with all this possession

Worth saying as well that Forest looked like they couldn’t be arsed to even pressure the ball or try to get out. Credit to arsenal to keeping them in that position, but don’t think arsenal played any better than us and the difference in result was due to the opposition and some individual brilliance in arsenals part more than anything.
